AKIKO Nails has a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $40 for appointments that are up to 2 hours and $60 for longer appointments. For group bookings of 4 or more we require 48 hours notice, if you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose the 50% deposit. As such we require credit card details to secure your appointment.
This policy is in place out of respect for our nail artists and other clients, we have limited capacity and high demand. Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and prevent another client from taking that spot. We want to continue to provide the high level of service that defines AKIKO Nails, please help us do so by respecting this policy.
We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure any booking, this will be refundable providing the cancellation policy is adhered to. Also please note, due to our limited availability we carefully allocate time slots to each client based on the specifics of their request, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to provide the exact service that was originally booked due to the loss of time and if you are more than 30 mins late, it is at our discretion that a cancellation fee may be due.
